My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room I first got was noisy and small, but I was later moved to a refurbished room that was very clean, stylish, and comfortable. The service was top-notch, with helpful staff and a parking ticket provided. The location was excellent for a seaside stroll, although the water was a bit too soft. The dining was good overall, but there was no offer for a refund or discount for an issue out of their control. The facilities were nice, though basic at best.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The room, although not facing the sea, offered an outstanding view of the Solent and Isle of Wight.
